The advice I would give to my younger self is, "Regardless of the naysayers, continue to push through and go beyond give-up. You have to see it before you see it, or you will NEVER see it!" My proudest moment as an entrepreneur, was when I outfitted and entire AAU Program, and their coaching staff from the inner-city of Detroit. The greatest hurdle I had to overcome was the fear of failure. I just to remember the poem "Our Deepest Fear" by Marianne Williamson. "My deepest is not that I'm inadequate, but that I'm powerful beyond measure."
